Cashback funding awarded

South West Scotland CJA has recently awarded £500,000 of funding from the Scottish Government’s cashback funding (from the Proceeds of Crime monies) to support new developments in unpaid work across the fourlocal authorities in South West Scotland. £125,000 has been awarded to Community Payback teams for capital purchases such as equipment, materials and vehicles, with a further £375,000 in funding for initiatives which upgrade or refurbish community sports clubs.
