INTERVENTIONS: Develop the provision of a range of agreed interventions to tackle offending needs in the area
2.2
RISK ASSESSMENT: Deliver joint risk assessment to appropriate offenders using agreed tools
2.3
TRANSITIONS: Take action to minimise the potential negative effects of the transitions between the youth and adult systems, and custody and the community and vice versa

VIOLENT, SERIOUS & SEX OFFENDERS: Ensure a robust response to violent, serious and sex offending

DOMESTIC ABUSE: Develop a response to domestic abuse that tackles offending and protects victims

WOMEN OFFENDERS: Meet the offending needs of women and reduce imprisonment levels for non violent offences
