 The Rt Hon Henry McLeish met members and partners of South West Scotland CJA at their meeting in Ayr. Mr McLeish adressed the CJA on the work and findings of the Scottish Prisons Commission, which he chaired, and went on to discuss some of the challenges that lay ahead of both the Scottish Government and the Criminal Justice System
